Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created.

Multiple shipments If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for this.

Customs, duties, and taxes International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we can reship it once the customer covers the new shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at ayrasuxdev34hr893@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
